We understand that the security of your stored items is extremely important. Our self storage units are purpose built to International Standards and our premises are fully fenced. Outside of trading hours, the front gates are locked and security patrol is present. All units are also floodlit throughout the night.

Everyone's storage needs are different. At Store-U-Own, we offer a wide range of storage solutions for both home and business owners, including:

•  Documentation and file storage
  
•  Household storage, including furniture
  
•  Work tools, equipment, and small machinery
  
•  Plant and equipment not regularly used
  
•  Warehouse storage
  
•  Stock, including excess stock, and fittings from business premises
  
•  Hobby, camping, or recreational equipment
  
•  Collections
  

Unfortunately, we are unable to store the following:

•  Perishables
  
•  Explosives, including fuel in garden equipment, heaters, and gas bottles
  
•  Items which require a controlled environment
  
•  Valuables such as jewellery and money, or legal and important documents
  
•  Animals
  
•  Plants
  

While we put mouse bait around the premises, we recommend that you also put mouse bait in your own unit, as we can take no responsibility for mouse damage to your belongings.

The following discounts are available for long-term bookings up front:

The cost of a unit does not include insurance and Store-U-Own takes no responsibility for any losses. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure that you are adequately insured. If you need help covering your belongings, we offer insurance through Midland Insurance Brokers Australia Pty Ltd. Contact our team for further details.

You can rent a unit for as long as you need, though minimum booking requirement is one month. We will ask you to pay one month's rent in advance (pro rata to the 1st of the month), and will send you a monthly bill around the 15th of each month, payable by the 1st of the following month. 

We accept the following payments:

Please note that all units are subject to availability. When you rent a space with Store-U-Own, we will create a contract around your requirements at that time. Please don't forget to let us know of any changes that might affect this agreement, such as change of address, contact details, etc.
